Returns


- Eligibility: Items must be returned in unworn condition within 14 days of receiving your order. We carefully inspect all returns, and items showing signs of wear or any form of damage will not be eligible for a refund.


- Return Process: Before sending back your item, please contact us at
hello@aldemijewelry.com. This allows us to prepare for your return and offer any
necessary assistance. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.


- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


- Damaged Items: If the returned jewelry is damaged or shows signs of wear, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition before
 shipping it out to us. We cannot guarantee a refund otherwise.

Shipping Returns

original packaging. Ensure it is securely wrapped to protect it from any potential harm.


- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges


- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the
return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we can assist you
with your exchange.
